AWESOME CONTRACTOR. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am in MD, my sister is in NJ and our aging aunt and uncle in CA. In the process of interviewing various contractors while visiting with them I was impressed with Rick's patience with the situation at my aunt and uncle's house, his respect for them, his ability to make the process clear and understandable to them. They were very nice and professional people. They installed 15 repolacement windows in my home and did a spectacular job. When I ordered the windows everything they promised was done and when the job was completed John said if I have any questions or problems to call him and he would be out to see me immediately. They are prompt and efficient.
