The salesman came right away and explained all about the windows. We made a decision to do the replacement and were able to schedule the work very soon. They only took one day to replace all the windows. The workmen were very competent. They showed us how to operate them and gave us necessary instructions about use and cleaning, etc.
Since replacing the windows, we have already noticed a major difference in the need to use our air conditioner - both in on and off and in setting the temperature.
We are very pleased with the windows.
