They had me from the price!! Best value for the dollar. I was on a budget and there was no high pressure sales tactics. I was able to get almond and not the usual white for the same base price. The team was friendly, courteous and went right to work. The transformation of my windows was amazing! I'm saving now for a new front door because they have a beautiful array of products.

I can't hardly begin to tell you how impressed I am with the service I received from Vern and his crew at Durable Windows & Doors. The crew showed up on time and finished when they said they would. They were all very nice & friendly guys that answered all my questions. Very professional. I was also impressed to see Vern himself show up and help install right along with his crew. When the job was done he also came out to inspect and make sure I was satisfied. They also paid special attention to detail which says alot about them. Throughout the entire process, they kept their work area clean which also made my wife happy. They are the best!!!!!

Although I was pleased with the service and quality of product, there were a couple of minor details left undone. Blinds were not reinstalled, and the blind on oine window had the header broken. I called the company and they promised to send someone to fix problem. Never heard from them again. As a result had to call another individual to take care of problem at a cost of an additional sixty dollars (60.00)
