If considering new windows, do some homework and talk to Castle last since they will try hard to get you to sign at the first meeting and will offer special discounts. The instalation went smoothly except for the scheduling. On the day the work was to be done, I was called and told the appointment would have to be canceled and I rescheduled for the next day. Then the installers showed up at the original time! If working with Castle, you might want to check and doulbe check the scheduling.

Although the final price was double the original quote, I am still quite pleased with the work. The solution did involve more work than initially estimated. That work was of high quality and Lenny always gave me feedback by phone about the progess. The photos emailed to me gave me a good idea of the scope of work and details. Thus I felt comfortable paying the bill even before seeing the results in person.
