Jeffrey Adams and the folks at DHI are consummate professionals. When I needed to hire someone to replace the tired old aluminum-framed windows in my 1960's ranch home in Carlsbad, Jeffrey took the time to explain to me the differences among the common brands of vinyl replacement windows, and how their product (Anlin) is different (and better) than the competition. He was flexible on the pricing and aggressive with the scheduling. His installers were polite, clean, and fast - 5 windows and 2 large sliding doors all installed in one day, glass windexed, blinds and drapes re-installed, new trim in place, caulked and primed. Impressive!
