I went with Dallas Bath and Glass for 2 reasons: 1) Their courteous, professional representative carefully took apart my window and examined the frame in order to determine why my bedroom window had cracked for the second time in 6 months, and 2) Their bid was over $100 LESS than their competitor's, whose representative only eye-balled the cracked window in order determine the measurements for replacement glass. In less than a week, I had new window glass and the assurance that this window's underlying problem--as it turns out, my builder's hasty, unprofessional installation of replacement glass 6 months prior--was now finally resolved.
