I replaced 6 windows in my new house after having John come over and explain my options in a very low-pressure manner. I guess the only pressure I got was after he kept on cutting the price down to a point that made it very hard to refuse. Overall the ordering and installation went according to plan and they even worked around my accelerated schedule of finishing before the end of 2009. Installation was done in a quick four hours even after chatting with and getting some good tips from the guy in charge of a two man crew.
