During the estimate Jonathan thoroughly reviewed what needed to be done, explained some potential challenges, provided good options. The project did turn out to present so not so unexpected challenges and the options to handle these were thoroughly discussed before proceeding. Despite delays for rain and the problems encountered, the project was completed on time and appears to be quite satisfactorily done. There will be a final review before the final payment.

Repair Carpentry Framing in 22015
He has done a wonderful job. He worked the weekend before Christmas and Christmas Eve so that he could get enough work done so that we could enjoy Christmas at home.
