I do not have my windows in yet but the sales person, I felt, was knowledgable and took time to answer all questions. I did change my mind about the slyle of window I wanted and so I backed tracked a bit so I could get an apples to apples estimates. the rating is a before installation rating.

Reface Already Installed Cabinets in 44120
Almost went w/another company until they said we may be able to do your job and save you money so I decided to hear what they had to say. I was pleasently suprised to find that not only would they do what the other company would do but I could get the extra's that I wanted without waiting for just a little more.
Salesmen that came to the house was curtious and helpful. The person who came to measure my cabinets and counters was a lovely man as well. I've had great customer service. The person who did the work was great. I am more the pleased w/the outcome. I would recommend them to anyone.
