This company has chartered a new course. I had a project during the summer/fall with this company which was managed and executed by the previous management regime. It did not proceed according to expectations and created a lot of personal frustration. The company turned the corner in October with the addition of Sam Rosario to manage the operation and customer care process. I will state that Sam took personal control of the situation and ensured completion of the project to my satisfaction. Through my dealings with him, I found Sam to be a man of integrity and honesty.
