I had an issue with my hot water tank's pilot light not staying lit. We submitted a request on Service Magic and within minutes, Bernie from Asset One called. Even though it was 7:45pm at night, he was still in the area and stopped at my house at 10:15pm that night. He was very courteous, showed his card when he came to the door. Price was VERY reasonable considering it was last minute and late at night. Did a FANTASTIC job. Professional and quick, I was extremly statisfied!
