Ryan was courteous and punctual.

The only downside to the experience is that Ryan was "hesitant" to install darker tint on our sliding glass door facing east. His hesitation, as it turns out, was well-founded because we found it to be too dark even on the sunniest days. As with any service, I need stronger guidance from the person that knows better than I, which is why I am hiring someone to do the work. Although I said I wanted darker (and assuming Ryan disagreed with the choice based upon his professional experience), I would have expected to be convinced of a better option.
