This was a great experience. Seriously, he is the first contractor who didn't let me down. And it's happened a lot to me. Every aspect of this job was first rate in my book. He showed up at the time scheduled for the quote. He was able to do the job in 2 days. I know this is rare. It was a small job, and the timing was right. Communication was outstanding.
