Ben responded quickly to my initial inquiry, and was able to come out to give me an estimate in a timely way. He also was able to fit me into his busy schedule. Ben did a great job on the windows - inside and out AND high and low. He was very friendly and efficient. With the exception of my SPARKLING WINDOWS, I can't tell that he has been to the house. Ben is a responsibe, hard working young man! I would definately call on him to clean my windows again!

Very punctual. I am very satisfied with results.
Recently noticed that two of my windows would not stay up. The slide mechanism had been broken and the person doing the job did not advise me of this mishap. I am having both windows repaired today. 3-14-07.
