I worked with Allen who, I believe, does the private residences versus commercial. He was very accommodating and did not leave until I was satisfied. He actually washed our exterior windows three times. My only "negative" comment was very minor, and that was I wished they had used a soft brush on our screens in order to remove more debris. However, again, this was very minor and I was quite satisfied overall.
