I am very pleased with the quality of New Hope Window Cleaning...Otto is very easy to work with, he is pleasant and accommodating. I was expecting, however, a discount as I did refer my cousin, who also is very very pleased. Not an issue, but I was charged the same amount as my cousin. Perhaps, the next time I call Otto, I woud be able to get a discount at that time...I will continue to refer New Hope Window Cleaning to my neighbors and family.
