This was the first time I used this company, and I was pleased. The fellow who came was the one I had talked to on the phone and via e-mail, which I like. I appreciate not having to explain everything to a new person when the time to do the job arrives. He was prompt, thorough, and friendly without being too familiar. An overall excellent experience. I think they did a great job, they were very friendly and courteous and professional. Only had problems shutting and locking some of the window due to having to disassemble them to be washed. The torn screens were not left out as we asked, but other than that (and it was a tough job) I would hire them again.

Tim was prompt to receive our inquiry, gave us a quote and was able to get to the job within a week. They were cautious of our shrubs and flowers while power washing the house. Job well done. I will recommend Window Genie East to my friends.
