Although I was not present when Gill came to the condo, my husband reported that not only was he professional and pleasant but he did a good job of going through the in wall heating and a/c unit making sure all was running propertly and then making good suggestions on future maintenance.

Gill responded quickly by phone, showed up when he said he would, explained my equipment problem clearly and got my AC units running. He verbally predicted the maintenance he expected to do, but when my equipment proved an exception, he adapted to the situation, explaining what may happen to the (very old) equipment in the future, how to best use it and that he'd help buy a replacement when necessary. I'll call him again to fix anything!
