Tom was right on time. After a brief discussion he accessed the problem and went to work. He was very conscientious of my apartment and made all efforts to keep my living room clean from the dirty work of cleaning an air conditioner. He was funny and kept up a great conversation at the same time giving me tips and advice on the appliances in my house. I found my self looking around for other projects for him to do and fully intend to use him again.

Ascend did great job on my window A/C repair. Carlos & his professionals immediately put me at ease with sincere, relaxed, professional manners, & even informed me unit should still be under warranty, which I did not know, & offered to call LG to help find me contractor who could do the work under warranty (Ascend could not) - tried to save me money at their own expense! Seemed very experienced & explained diagnosis of problem clearly & logically. Ended up using Ascend anyway, & they did excellent, fast job for very good negotiated rate. Very flexible regarding schedule. (Allow 2 hr window after projected time of arrival.) Highly recommended!
