Relocate or Service a Window Air Conditioning Unit in 60653

They were fine -- our air conditioners needed to be blown out -- they didn't have the equipment to do that sort of thing -- we had a hand vaccum at the house.

Repair or Service an Appliance in 60607

Response to request was very rapid, and a repairman was on-site the same day. He looked at the issue (but not closely) and determined that a new belt was needed. He did not have this part and had ETA of 3-4 days for part arrival. Part arrived 3 days later, and a different repairman arrived to install. When looking at the unit he stated that there is another part that is typically the cause of the belt failure. Upon inspection he found this needed to be replaced as well but fortunately had the part in his truck. Repair was fine, but had the part not been available, I would have been very unhappy due to poor investigation by guy #1.
