I can't say enough about Chris Cramec. He was prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We just moved into a new home and had problems with a refrigerator we had in the basement. It was not an emergency, and he came out the following day to service it. The next day we had a problem with the main refrigerator, which was a more urgent situation, and he was there within the hour. He even called to follow up on the day after he fixed it to be sure everything was working ok. We were more than pleased. He has our highest recommendation!
