I found the technician to be knowledgeable, communicative, and honest. He was on time for the estimate visit, and on the day of scheduled repair. It was a great load off my shoulders to have this problem solved. The previous company that had given an estimate wanted to do unnecessary work and their estimate was more than twice what Design Air gave me.

He showed me the parts that were taken out and explained all work in detail prior to each step. Very pleased!
