As I'm sure many of you know, it is difficult to find intergrity in a service provider by just calling someone off the internet but integrity and honesty are exactly what I found by hiring Chris from Cramec. Chris was very flexible with scheduling and even arrived on time on the same day of my request. When the issue I had with my washing machine was a simple fix, Chris offered to take a look at my furnace (it is pretty old), just to give my my money's worth. Chris ended up cleaning my furnace and fixing my washing machine for a price much less than most service providers would charge just for an estimate. I will call Cramec again!
