The problem I had was significantly less than I thought it was. Skip quickly identified the problem, corrected it, and gave me a couple of tips on how to take care of it myself in the future. On top of it all, though he had already purchased parts he thought he would need based on my description he only charged me a routine service fee. Plus he showed up within the time frame he said he would. He is young, highly competent, and professional.
