Knowlegeable about wells AND plumbing! We had mulitple problems and Ben stayed late and worked until completion of the first problem. Then, he promptly returned the next day to complete the rest of the job in an extremely professional manner. Job well done!!! I finally feel like we are going to have fresh, clean and clear water with super water pressure thru out the house.

Repair or Service a Water Heater in 20854

Chris Watson arrived on time to fix my gas water heater. He was a friendly person and capable to identify the problem was due to the bad thermocouple, but he had to replaced thermocouple two times since the first thermocouple was too short that did not allow him to close the cover. He did not checked possible gas leak after the fix. I smelled gas and had to request him to check and fix a mall leak caused by the fix.
