His crew were efficient, pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up afterwards. My only problem is that several days after installation, the heating system stopped making hot water, and I placed many calls to John's office and cell phone, only to reach answering machines.After several hours I tired again,& reached John personally. He said that he'd come in the afternoon. He didn't. I left a message that we had to leave at 5:30, but John didn't get the message. Long story short. I was able to start the system, which has a leak. His crew came early next AM, made necessary repairs, we hope. John needs to be more reachable and responsive. A good guy.,
