My project presented scheduling changes and an extremely tight period of performance. The contractor exceeded my expectations at every turn: 1) Reduced the time to get a permit from 30 days to 5 working days, 2) judiciously managed cost and pricing, 3) was prepared to deal unforseen contingencies - there was over 4x the amount of oil in the tank than expected, and the tank was 3ft deeper than the usual depth (yet was able to get fill enough material on site w/o causing a delay)
