The service rep was experienced, punctual, efficient, and provided more than adequate information about the condition of our water softener. He also provided helpful suggestions for filling the tank with the potassium chloride pellets, which we use since our "softened" water goes to our garden drip irrigation system. The company provides an annual unit service at a reasonable rate.

They responded quickly to my call, set up an appointment immediately and arrived on time for the job. The estimate that I received was well within expected price range and the service was excellent. The service man explained thoroughly the process and also explained how to get the most years from my air conditioner. He did not try to sell me a new air conditioner. Another quote I received from a competitor was at twice and seemed as if they were telling me the air conditioner was not in good condition etc. I highly recommend Preferred Plumbing based on price, service and level of knowledge.
