Fast response and installed a quality product - we purchased a reverse os filter. They have since serviced our existing water softener as well (even though it was originally purchased from someone else) and have been very responsive and courteous. Much better then our original provider. I also appreciated their sales approach which was informative without be an all out sales assault.
