Fixed an outside faucet, freeze protectin type, took him about 20 minutes and the rest of the time we talked about hunting!!!!
Incidently, he left the tool that turns off the water supply at the street. I will leave it on the front patio by a white chair and can be picked up any time.

He worked fairly quickly and properly diagnosed problem based on description on original ticket and subsequent phone conversation. The final bill was slightly higher than what was discussed, but still within reason. All problems reported/worked on are now working properly. I'll definitely use the service again if a plumbing need arises. I like the post-work guarantee as well.
