Overall personable guy who did a good job of installing garbage disposal. The only concern I have was the discrepancy in pricing. He initially had a price list, with a different price for service magic customers. After I balked at the price, he magically gave me a 10% new customer discount. Overall, this companies' prices seem a bit high, after calling around to get other estimates. He was there for about 1 hour and charged a bit over $300 for his work, excluding the price of the disposal. Again, too high a price.

Wasn't cheap, but plumbers rarely are. That said, they found one problem, fixed it, but the problem was more extensive and had to return a few days later. The two gentlemen (Jason and Neil) were professional and courteous. They explained the problems and priced the work from a notebook containing a schedule of prices, so you can assume they charge fairly. They wore booties to protect floors. I'd use them again.

Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain in 60067

Jason came out and recommended a course of action immediately. The cost seemed in line with the work required. The crew came on the designated date and time and did a very thorough job with the demo and the installation. They were very detailed and showed me exactly what they were doing and why and what other work may be required in the future. The left the property in as good a shape as they found it. Jason also offered advice on other work other people had recommended in the past as not required. He also called as a follow up with an offer of a DVD of the sewer pipe for future reference. They did a great job
