I had an O2 chamber with multi-media installed for pH adjustment and removal of iron. Larry was great about reviewing the pre-treatment water test results and discussing options. The option we chose was both appropriate and cost effective based on my own research. He did not try to sell me something that I don't need. The service people were on time and completed the project quickly. The unit is definitely removing iron. I requested a post-installation water test, but I don't think a sample was actually taken. Also, I requested manual/warranty info with the tank that was installed, but didn't receive any. Those are my only complaints.
