John is very knowledgeable. He is also very honest. When I handed him a check for the balance, he advised me that my total was of by about $600.00. It turned out that the estimate was for full retail of all components quoted and that if I got all, there would be a sizeable discount. I had forgotten about discount. He could have taken my check the way it was written, said nothing and I would have been very satisfied, Instead, he had me make out new chech for $600.00 less....that's honest. On time. did a good job instlalling water softner and cost was reasonable. Installer made a mess of my carpet and they did not take the old softener, but otrherwise they were good.
