Monday night before Thanksgiving and my water heater began leaking into the garage. My neighbor said "it would be cheaper if you bought your own water heater" I drove to Lowes and bought one. Next day got a call from Direct Source and said they could be here by 11am. (Berkey's said they could show up the following Monday. The boys arrived promptly at 11! They unloaded the new water heater from my SUV and began the process of removing the 26 yr old one. Minutes later there was a knock at the door and I had bought the wrong size. Back to Lowes. I saved a whopping $10 by buying my own. Should have gone with Direct Source first!
