Plumber come at a right time, looked at the problem-- (called his manager, when he couldn't figure out), The softner was not working-- He helped turn the bypass valve off to temporarily solve the problem. Gave us a quote for softner.
Although, I didn't go with Ccherry for replacing softner, I appreciated their promptness and courteous/timely call. I certainly will call on them for my any plumbing needs.

Good service, they were knowledgeable and were able to fix the problem on the first visit. They matched another quote that I had gotten. I would recommend them however be sure to get another quote to make sure their price is in line. Their first quote they gave me was not competitive.
