Jim called me right away and was out to my house the very next morning to assess he damage and provide a quote. His price was very reasonable and work began two days after being contacted. The work was done quickly in one day - we had the main drain pipe crack right under our basement stairs. They were able to take out the section of old pipe and repalce it with pvc. They were neat and VERY polite (and funny). We are planning on hiring them again to update the rest of the pipes (our house is over 100 years old).
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any one of my friends or family.

Although, the company did not do the job for us, its worker helped us find the problem with the shower. We were told the problem could be fixed by ourselves with silicon. The worker was honest and very helpful. Definitely we will use the company in the future.
