Requested work and within minutes Wade called and asked for details about the problem. After listening to what we thought was a water leak problem, Wade instructed us on how to check to see if we did have a leak. We ran the check and discovered that we did not have a water main leak. Wade called back about 10 minutes later to check to ask about the results of the test and we told him that it appeared that we did not have a water main leak. Wade was very helpful and helped us to avoid costly an on site visit and/or repairs.
