He was very professional, explained everything to me and provided excellent service. Sens Mechanical has a new customer as I plan to call them for other services I will be needing at my home. I contacted Mr. Ward by e-mail on Sunday night. He called me on my cell when he got the message and was here first thing Monday morning to restore my water supply to the house. The job was good and fast and reasonable. It doesn't get any better than that.
