Install or Replace a Water Heater in 80503
Our water heater went out at 2 AM this morning (not too long after the end of the Rockies playoff game 3). I came to Service Magic around 3 AM. At 7 AM John's phone call woke me. John was able to make a noon apointment to replace the heater. He called to let me know he was running 20 minutes late! The job was complete about 2 PM, it's 3 PM now I think I'll take a shower.

Really nice guy, to start with. Didn't find what he expected to find, gave us options for a short-term fix, and a long-term solution. We decided to stop-gap it at the moment, got the part we needed, which was not a common part for him to carry, and he came back later that day and did the repair. He only charged us for one service call. When we decide to go ahead with a more permanent solution to our problem, Art will be the first one we call. Thank you Art.
