I needed to have my house painted and a couple of small repair jobs done quickly and at a reasonable rate, Mike was very accommodating and able to subcontract the work so I could get it done within my time frame. The painting was done well. No problem there! However, the repairs were done very poorly and actually not completed. The carpenter did not have the tools to do the repairs and did not seem to know what he was doing. Mike requested more $ since the repairs were more extensive. After a couple weeks I found the repairs were even worse than I thought. It ended up taking a ridiculous amount of time to repair the repairs.

Repair or Service a Water Heater in 10509
Service was great. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and offered a fair price. The only down side was he didnt check find the root cause of the problem intially and had to spend a lot of time figuring it out. However his price was fair
