The guy who came to do the work was knowledgeable. He came on time and did the job quickly. Finished it sooner than he said he would. Didn't seem happy about his low bid and winning the job. Kept saying other people would have charged a lot more and he should have bid higher.

Install, Replace or Repair a Main Water Pipe in 30126
The best that I can say is the Manager I spoke to and dealt with was honest and fair. i say this becasue the Tech made a major boo boo and missed the mark where the joint was for my main line connection and as a result dug a 14" square hole in my driveway by accident. He then wanted to charge me for it? I informed the Manager of this and he deducted the amount the Tech charged me to put a hole in my driveway. (The Tech did attempt to do a C job of re-cementing the hole)
Once we got past the oops, the job went great. I would reccomend RM only becaue of the manager's honesty and fairness and again the quality of the actual job.

Install, Replace or Repair a Main Water Pipe in 30281
We called in the middle of the night. The called back immediately. They discussed our options openly and sent Gwinnett Plumbers the next day. They came at the scheduled time, were professional, did all repairs, left everything the way it was when they got there, and the cost was reasonable. They did an excellent job and didn't do damage to the yard while making the repairs. We would definitely use them for any plumbing needs.
