Mr. Golden was prompt and got right to work. He explained the condition of the toilet and was able to diagnose a clogged bowl jet easily. He cleaned the clog and demonstrated that it was fixed. He also indicated that such a symptom was an indicator of a toilet that would require replacement in the next year or so.
