Kenneth was great. Prompt and courteous. His crew excavated lawn, cut into sheetrock inside, replaced pipe, replaced lawn, and cleaned up after. Sheet rock repair crew they contracted to fix holes wasn't as good, and ceiling repairs were amateur. But I would have given Ken and the pipe guys a 5 except that one installer pulled the pipe line too tightly over 2x4 at ceiling/wall junction, which caused the pipe joint to separate from the pressure two weeks later. The resulting leak brought teh ceiling sheetrock down. Ken sent someone to fix the problem immediately. The new sheetrock repair is better, but still not great.

We had a water main break in our yard. Once I used service magic with help in getting a lead on possible companies to use, Interstate Enterprise called within 10 minutes on a Friday afternoon. We made an appointment with Mr. Gordon for that evening and he stopped by to discuss our situation and provide us a quote.
We did hire Interstate. They arranged everything. They called MISS Utility, got the County permit to perform the work. They performed the work on Monday. After the County inspector came out on Tuesday, they returned that day to back fill the holes.
We highly recommend Interstate.
