Late night before I received a call from my tenant. The main sewage line was blocked up, and water would back up into basement. "Rooter Man" rep Steve was at the home by 10:30am the next day. He went to my home in my absence... my mother oversaw the job. Steve talked with me on the phone, and gave me a price. He cleared out the main sewage line, and even replaced a washer on my shower pipe in the same trip. (He had to leave momentarily to get a washer from the store, then returned promptly). Steve was extremely clean and courteous. He was done in an hour.The pricing was GREAT. And thank God the estimate was free. Unlike others...
