I think H2O is a highly motivated and professional team. The leakage problem with the pipe connecting the water main underground the concrete basement had some complications due to the way the house was built. I have asked for proposals from 4 contractors introduced by Service Magic. H2O is the only one that provided a proposal with a very creative and sensible solution to the problem yet at a fixed price (others could only give a price contigencies) and has done a wonderful job with great quality and responsibility. Unlike many other contractors that I have had before for various reasons, H2O is by far the best in terms of professionalism - they delivered what they had promised and made sure that the client is happy. In addition, the price they charged was the lowest among its competitors. I strongly recommend this contractor other users.
