Jeremy and the crew at Water Heaters-R-Us went above and beyond what any local companies have done for me in the past. They dealt with A.O Smiths horrible warranty dept. and fought to get the parts at no charge to me. They handled my problem and did it for a resonable cost. I recommend them to anyone in the Las Vegas area and WILL use them again in the future.

They were fast, efficient and very professional. The out of pocket expense was very good. I spoke with our builders warranty department and they said we were given a good warranty service fee and labor cost. Water Heater Pros did a great job. They came in to fix an installation error from a previous technician with an outside company (BTW, never use PJ Services!).
Within a minute Charlie knew exactly what was wrong with my water heater and was able to clearly explain it to me in layman's terms.
From the first phone call for an estimate to the end of the project it took about an hour and a half, tops. The work was done with precision and in a timely manner, their prices were reasonable and their knowledge and quality of workmanship is evident. If I ever need help with a water heat again, Water Heater Pros will be my first phone call!
