He was great; came out late on a Saturday night to help us with the emergency, and then was back on Monday to install the new heater. He communicated every step of the way with us, more than we were used to with other contractors. He always addressed my husband, which sort of bothered me as a woman, but I'd still have him back if we needed a plumber in the future.
