The 3 gentleman that were here were very professional. They were also very informative about what they were doing and what was going to happen - eg. rusty water coming out when I turned the water abck on. They were very kind to my 6 year old son, who was very curious about what was going on.
The owner Steve Labbe was not only professional, but was very friendly. He was willing to tell us what he would do. This was a very costly expense for us to replace our furnace and water heater. Steve never put any pressure on us and gave my husband and I a chance to talk privately.
I will be recommending Paradigm to everyone who needs a good, honest and professional company for their plumbing needs.
