We were very happy with the service .The area that the water heater was in presented quite a challenge but our plumber just took in stride & with his professional experiense & cool attitude got it taken care of.He also was very neat & had a down to earth personality & explaned to us what the problems were.We had questions & he gave us all the answers.We have a few other things to be fixed & We have no doubt who we call for repairs.I want to thank Skip our service person ,Express Rooter,Servicemagic for being ther in times of need .

This company was the best I have ever had the opportunity to deal with, Don answered the phone personally, explained all my questions in detail, was out in less the 30 minutes after I called back. Had the water heater installed, removed and cleaned up in an hour. Had all the tools aboard, no waiting around to get this that or the other thing, Very, Very Professional. He and his 2 assistants are now a part of our family. I will always call on him for all my plumbing needs. No reason to look elsewhere. Respect all around.
