They were very responsive as compared to other plumbers we called - they answered their phone and immediately scheduled someone for the next day. We had a tempering valve relplace on our hot water line, the work was done efficiently but at $450, I wouldn't say that the were inexpensive. The plumber who actually did the work was a great guy.
